The Iowa Department of Natural Resources plan to modify the Troy Mills Dam to enhance navigational safety, improve fish passage, and improve stability of the degrading.  The Troy Mills Dam is located on the Wapsipinicon River.

LT Leon developed hydrology for existing conditions and developed existing and proposed conditions hydraulic models (HEC-RAS).  A preliminary and final design report was prepared.
