A local food manufacturer looks to expand their 100,000 SF headquarters facility.  The expansion includes a 70,000 SF building addition, new truck dock areas, and site improvements.  LT Leon worked closely with the Owner and project team to determine the most feasible expansion option for the site.  LT Leon was responsible for site design, truck turning analysis, grading, utilities, and stormwater management, NPDES General Permit #2 / SWPPP, and provided City approval coordination.  Stormwater management improvements included converting existing wet ponds to one constructed stormwater wetland complex that provides water quality treatment and water quantity control. Phase I included pavement and drainage improvements.  The building is planned for a future phase.
