Hy-Vee proposed a phased development of a 13.5 acre site that includes a grocery store, gas station/convenience store, and car wash.  The proposed site improvements for both phases included grading, landscaping and buffers, utility improvements, services, drainage improvements, and detention.  Total parking includes approximately 500 stalls.  

LT Leon was responsible for stormwater management, sanitary sewer and water main design, access road design, plan production, stormwater pollution prevention plan, COSESCO permitting, and coordination with the City.
