Located in the Eastern Iowa Industrial Center, this project included design for an 11,000 square foot building addition and site improvements to the Blong Technology Center on the Eastern Iowa Community College campus.  The project was designed to obtain LEED certification.  

LT Leon was responsible for design of site utilities, stormwater management, and an erosion control plan.  Sustainable practices included a rainwater harvesting system, bioretention cells, extended dry detention facility, permeable pavers, a wind turbine, and a geothermal systems.
