A new terminal is planned for the Des Moines International Airport.  The multi-disciplined team is conducting conceptual planning of the proposed terminal, including passenger, cargo, and general aviation areas.  The team is investigating two sites for the terminal, either north of the existing terminal or on the southern part of the airport grounds, as well as providing a detailed cost estimate for the project.  

LT Leon is providing civil engineering services for the project.
