Creative Werks is a design and manufacturing business that wanted to expand its facility to meet growth and demand.  The project included demolition of the existing office building, residential home, parking and utilities.  Site improvements included a 5,600 SF building addition, new utilities, truck loading area, and new parking lot.

LT Leon was responsible for City approvals, permits, preparation of engineering plans and specifications, project coordination, and LEED certification assistance.
