The City of West Des Moines is conducting a five phase master plan park improvement project at the 11 field baseball park.  LT Leon prepared construction documents for grading and drainage improvements.  This included preparation of the master stormwater management plan for the 77 acre city complex, utility plan, grading plan, erosion control plan and SWPPP, along with bidding assistance and construction oversight.  Phase I, II, & III have been completed.
